Welcome to the RPM Theatre Company. We are thrilled to bring our second season to the residents and guests of Lake Hartwell and Upstate SC, Our Inaugural Season of "Lakeside Theatre Live" at The Green Pond Landing and Event Center, was a great success. However, this season

RPM THEATRE COMPANY IS TAKING THE SHOW ACROSS THE POND! No not the UK, just across Lake Hartwell. For the 2023 season we are taking our Lakeside Theatre Live shows just on the other side of Lake Hartwell to The Shores of Asbury! RPM Theatre Co. is grateful to have held our inaugural season at Green Pond and hope to bring our Lakeside Theatre Live shows there again. Green Pond is a world class facility built primarily to host fishing tournaments. The fishing tournaments have become so popular that it has been a challenge to schedule premium show dates there. Fortunately, The Shores of Asbury, also on Lake Hartwell, offers a magnificent facility with a beautiful setting. Located at 1600 Asbury Park Rd. Anderson SC., it is very close to Green Pond. By water it is a 3-minute boat ride, just under the Highway 24 bridge on the Anderson side. Similar to Green Pond, they have a stage and Amphitheatre with plenty of room for theatre goers to set up lawn chairs, stadium seats, or blankets, so they can relax and enjoy the show.

Dave DiGeronimo, RPM Theatre Co's founder and Executive Director, is a homeowner on Lake Hartwell as well as a seasoned community theatre actor, director and playwright. As premium dates at Green Pond became booked with fishing tournaments, he searched for an alternative venue on the lake. Well, he didn't have to look too far. As fortune would have it, The Shores of Asbury provided the perfect alternative. Dave reached out to Karen McCullough; owner of The Shores of Asbury and she was immediately on board. McCullough sees this as a win-win for RPM Theatre Company and The Shores of Asbury.

The setting with it's gorgeous back drop will be a great place for people to enjoy quality, lake side live theatre."

Less than 4 miles from I-85, this new state-of-the-art RV Campground and water park is centrally located on the Lake Hartwell Fishery at 1600 Asbury Park  Road, Anderson, S.C.
